The 2011 Toyota Tundra gets some upgrades for the new 2011 model year. One upgrade is the trailer sway control that operates as one might expect when towing a trailer.

By having the capability of applying the brakes to individual wheels, the trailer will be brought back under control.

Lane Assist

Many vehicles these days are integrating some form of lane safety that will keep the vehicle from accidentally veering into the next lane, or worse yet, into oncoming traffic.

Mercedes has a safety system called Lane Assist that activates the brakes on the other side of the vehicle. ¬†This will pull the vehicle over slightly until it’s back under control.
