Highlander Hybrid is a hot selling SUV right now. Not only does the Highlander make a big dent in fuel costs but it also grants owners up to seven passenger seating and a vehicle that doesn’t hesitate: zero to sixty times out at 7.5 seconds. The Highlander Hybrid 10 base trim offers consumers interior and exterior features like keyless entry and ignition, tilt/telescoping steering column, air conditioning, a CD/MP3 stereo (six speaker), a multi-function display that shows things like images from the backup camera, a towing prep package, and 17 inch Alloy wheels.

When moving inside the interior upgrades to leather with power heated seats, auto dimming rearview mirror that also provides the driver with a compass, satellite radio ready, six-disc CD changer, and a third row seat that will accommodate two people.

Both trim levels can be equipped with options but if a consumer wants options like voice activated navigation, Bluetooth, a DVD entertainment set up for the kids, and an upgraded stereo system they have to upgrade to the Limited.

Both trim levels offer a roomy cabin with many options relating to passenger seating and cargo carrying. The one touch fold flat lever and a center stow console seat storage allow the owner to make room for up to 94 cubic feet of cargo with both the second and third rows flat and 42 cubic feet is freed up with just the third row folded flat.

The Highlander 10 hybrid system consisting of a 3.3-L V-6 gasoline powered engine along with electric motors grants 270 horses as well as owner peace of mind in safety: Rating “Good” (the highest rating) in frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests performed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
